Perfect Life

            Rara is my bestfriend. She was born in Sampit that she lived until she was 17 years old. Next, she moved to the big city of East Java, exactly in Surabaya. She stayed there until she graduated from Surabaya Unversity. And then, she met someone that she loved and decided to get married. After a few years she had her first child and started to work in a bank. Finally, she has perfect life.

A Good Boss

There are three important qualities necessary in a good boss. The most important is fairness. If the boss is fair, workers can feel that if they do a good job, their work will be appreciated; in addition, their efforts will be rewarded. The second most important quality is leadership; therefore, the boss should be an example and a teacher.

This allows workers to learn from a boss so that they can increase their job skills and get promotion. The third most important factor is the consistent action of the boss; thus, the workers know what they should do. They know how they will be treated and what their share of the workload will be; consequently, I would hire a boss with these qualities for myself.

The first one is their book, they contain a lot of story that good for your entertainment. The second similarity is they are fiction. In summary, there are a lot of interest story.             Families in China and the United States are alike in some ways and different in others. Many American households include just parents and their children. But Chinese households often include many other family members. Most Chinese families have only one child. However, American families often have two or three children. But cultures teach respect for older people, but Chinese culture is strict about it.
